About the Role

•Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
•Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
•Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
•Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
•Maintain pay plan and benefits program
•Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
•Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
•Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

متطلبات

· Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

· 5+ years' experience in Human Resources

· Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

· Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees

· Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

· Attention to detail and good judgement

· Knowledge of HR systems and databases (Ex. MenaITech)

In-depth knowledge of Kuwait labor law and HR best practices
